Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Not required, but we recommend one. Everyone’s goals, anatomy and preferences vary, so a consultation is where we go over previous treatment history and the results you want, and find the options that meet your goals and work within your budget. Consultations are free for new and returning clients.
Can I consult without coming in?
Yes. Virtual consultations run over video, which suits busy schedules or anyone who prefers the privacy of home. All you need is a phone or a webcam. Choose “Virtual Consultation” when you book.
Can I pay over time?
Yes, through Cherry (buy now, pay later, no hard credit check) or the CareCredit card. See the financing section of our pricing page.
What should I do after my treatment?
Your provider will go over aftercare with you. It’s A Secret also publishes aftercare guides for every major treatment, from Botox and filler to Morpheus8 and laser hair removal.
